Headed by an experienced team of creatives, we&#8217;re passionate about telling great stories, producing quality entertainment, and providing useful services.\u00a0<\/p><p>Thundering Productions was founded by Jack Lovett and Mikayla Maree Melo in October, 2021. Our vision is for Thundering Productions to be an avenue for creatives to collaborate and share fun, unique, original stories. Community is important to us, so we make an effort to hold open auditions for our theatre and film productions.\u00a0<\/p><p>Another goal of ours is to provide services that are accessible and affordable for actors and creatives who are studying or are in the early stages of their acting \/ theatre \/ film careers. Our previous productions include the newsroom comedy &#8220;LIVE IN FIVE&#8221; by Beth Greetham, and wedding farce &#8220;WHAT THE RABBI SAW&#8221; by Billy Van Zandt &amp; Jane Milmore. Both productions showed at the Helensvale Library &amp; Cultural Centre in the Gold Coast. He is a trained filmmaker, with several years&#8217; experience producing, directing and writing for screen and stage. He has worked in the post-production department for shows by major companies including Stan, Warner Bros., and most recently for an upcoming Disney+ show. He is also an experienced actor, having performed in a plethora of theatre and film projects over the years, from slapstick comedies to gripping dramas.
